With over two decades of experience in the energy sector, renewable energy, land surveying, and real estate development, Morten brings invaluable expertise in energy project development, innovative solutions, and strategic execution.

Morten’s career is defined by his leadership in driving growth, leading teams, and delivering complex projects across diverse industries. At Dais, he plays a key role in the development and deployment of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, crucial for enhancing grid stability and supporting the renewable energy transition in the Nordic countries. His experience in navigating grid connections and knowledge about the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects is integral to our mission.

Morten has successfully collaborated with stakeholders such as energy providers, regulatory bodies, municipalities, landowners, Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and the Transmission System Operator (TSO) in Denmark to ensure the smooth execution of large-scale energy projects. His proven ability to manage teams, negotiate critical agreements, and deliver successful outcomes makes him a valuable addition to our team.
