Dais Energy announces the arrival of Adolfo Guerrero as Head of Construction
Adolfo has 17 years of international experience in the renewable energy sector, covering standalone battery storage, solar, and onshore wind. He has held roles on both the EPC contractor and asset owner sides, working across the UK, Spain, Poland, and Romania.
Over the course of his career, he has contributed to the development, acquisition, and delivery of 1.1 GW of solar and wind projects, and more recently, 300 MW of standalone battery storage assets. This has given him a well-rounded understanding of asset acquisition and project delivery.
He has worked with several leading organisations, including Aldesa Group, one of Spain’s largest construction groups, and Foresight Group, a major infrastructure investment manager.
Adolfo holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Seville, along with master’s degrees in High Voltage Infrastructures from ICAI University of Madrid, and in Wind Energy from the Technical University of Denmark.
Commenting on Adolfo’s arrival, Dan Connor, CEO of Dais Energy said:
“The assets we build play a critical role in supporting Europe’s transition to a resilient, net-zero energy future and we are continuously expanding our network of Energy Partners across Europe. Adolfo will be a critical part of that and we are very happy to have him with us.”
